The demand and popularity for luxury apartments is gaining fast for many reasons. These apartments, though, situated within the heart of city, offer tremendous calmness and serenity with all the comforts required for luxurious living.  

The apartment at Prestige Shantiniketan spells luxury and lavishness. Artistically designed and tastefully decorated, the apartment has been laced with all sorts of comfort. A mix of contemporary and traditional designs has been used to impart trendy and classy look to the house. Principles of balance and proportion have been acutely considered while planning the interiors of the house.

Entrance Foyer: Entrance Foyer is the first space of this house as soon as you step through the front door. It has been designed in such a way that it gives a welcoming feel. Main wall of the foyer has been decorated using a paneled mirror. A well designed wooden console with shoe rack and integrated seating rests against the main wall below the mirror. The top of the console displays vases. Adding a mirror on the wall boosts the illusion of space. Vertical strips of stained glass divide the Foyer and Living Room.

Living Room: Living room exudes sophistication and class. Careful match of different materials and right combination of colors enrich visual impression of the room.

Sofas finished in black leatherite with fabric seat and cushions, centre table and side tables make up the room furniture. Placement of furniture is around a focal point which is an innovatively designed and well equipped TV Console. Use of rich furnishings and shimmering draperies gives a classy look. Neutral color scheme gives a warm look to this area. Furniture has been finished with hues of brown. Olive green color accentuates the components and makes the place look interesting.

Walls rendered in subtle hues focus attention firmly on the luxurious materials used in the room. Wooden flooring provides a rich feel to the space.

Accessories like bowls, vases, lamps and picture frames give a glamorous touch and create an instant focal point. Arte facts and decoration pieces have been highlighted carefully. Right use of ambient and accent lighting make the place look highly impressive.

Kitchen: Well planned modular storage with black granite platform, stainless steel sink and premium vitrified tiling make a comfortable kitchen. Island counter/ informal dining table contribute to the luxury in the kitchen. Neutral colors paired with silver color make the kitchen look livelier and more appealing. 

Dining: Dining area has been beautifully designed combining the contemporary and traditional features. The walls have been decorated the traditional way. Crockery unit complements well with the décor of the space. Use of accent lighting makes the place look highly impressive.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has been filled with tranquility and comfort. This beautifully designed bedroom has been accentuated by aqua blue and silver colors which make the space look highly impressive.

Bed takes the centre stage. Massive bed headboard with long side table makes the bed look stunning.

Drapes and upholstery of contrasting hues make the room look aesthetically appealing. A touch of silver splashed here and there – in the form of cushions, weaves and patterns add to an overall richness.

Neatly designed wardrobes, dresser unit and TV console contributes to bedroom décor.

Walls have been painted using off-white color. Laminated wood has been used for bedroom flooring.

Accessories like vases, candle stands and photo frames complete the look.

Kid’s Bedroom: This room belongs to a 6-year old girl and hence has been accentuated in her favorite color pink. Main wall of the room has been done in pink color with moon and stars painted on it. The other walls have been painted in white color. Furniture includes bed, side tables, wardrobes, dresser unit and study table, innovatively designed and placed keeping in mind the kid’s comfort.

Guest Room: This room has been designed in a minimalistic fashion using hues of brown as the color scheme. Furniture includes bed, side tables, wardrobes and TV console cum dresser unit. Wooden Flooring imparts warmth to the room.

Baths: Each bathroom in the apartment follows a theme - master toilet has been designed on fire theme while kid’s toilet takes up aqua theme. Bathrooms have been fitted with premium fixtures and fittings including fully equipped shower cubicle, steam bath, bath tub etc. Innovative accessories contribute to comfortable bathroom design.

Balconies: Cane swing and chairs with a small coffee table make up the balcony furniture. Potted plants with other balcony accessories like wooden wind chime, lamps etc. increase the aesthetics.

The apartment is designed on eco-lines and fully equipped with intelligent systems like CCTVs, security devices, fire fighting devices etc. that contribute to luxurious living.

The apartment boasts of premium brands, quality materials and luxurious finishes.
